A This product uses a ring-shaped heating element and an intelligent temperature control algorithm. If uneven heating occurs, please check whether you are using the matching flat-bottomed pan (non-flat-bottomed pans may cause heat conduction failure). If the pan is compatible, try resetting the temperature control parameters by pressing and holding the "Mode" button for 3 seconds to enter calibration mode and selecting "Uniform Heating" for automatic calibration.

A Before installation, measure the cabinet depth to ensure it is ≥ 62cm (including the required clearance for heat dissipation). If a gap exists after installation, contact after-sales service for a custom sealing strip (available free of charge). The sealing strip is made of food-grade silicone and provides dust and insect protection without affecting heat dissipation.

A This technology automatically adjusts via built-in sensors and requires no maintenance. However, it is recommended that you insert the included "freshness calibration stick" (included in the box) into the test chamber every six months. The mobile app will display the calibration results in real time. If "Maintenance Required" is displayed, after-sales service will provide a free on-site deep cleaning service.

A The module connections utilize patented magnetic sealing technology. If leaks occur, first check that the seal is correctly installed (with the red marking facing outward). If leaks persist despite proper installation, it may be due to aging of the magnetic module. You can request a free module replacement service through the app, and an engineer will come to replace it within 24 hours.

A This function utilizes a HEPA 13 filter and a negative ion generator. If the filter's effectiveness decreases, first check to see if the filter has expired (the app will send a replacement reminder 7 days in advance). If the filter has not expired, it may be due to dust accumulation in the negative ion emitter. Use the included brush (hidden in the fan base) to clean the emitter. Cleaning the emitter will restore the effectiveness to over 95% of its original level.
